What's the difference between Registered and Professional?

Registered gives you standard reference data — enough to look up basic specs and procedures. Professional unlocks manufacturer-specific data (Noxmat, Kromschroder BCU fault codes, Eclipse/Maxon specs), AMS 2750 and CQI-9 compliance guidance, unlimited calculators, PDF export, and full fabrication tools. It's the difference between a reference book and a working toolkit.

What are Field Tools?

Field tools are designed for engineers working on site: digital service reports, commissioning checklists, TUS (Temperature Uniformity Survey) logger, furnace logbook, calibration tracker, asset register, and expense tracker. These are available on Enterprise and Custom plans.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise and Custom plans can be invoiced. Annual plans offer a 20% discount.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer discounts for multiple users?

Team plan includes 5 seats at £99/month. Enterprise includes 10+ seats. For larger teams, contact us for a Custom plan with volume pricing.
