Engineering Manager / Director
With over 30 years in the heat treatment industry, Colin brings unrivalled technical expertise to every project. He holds a BA Hons degree and EAL Level 4 Diploma in Engineering Technology, is ECITB qualified, and holds IOSH TECH certification in Occupational Safety & Health. As an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Colin ensures our quality systems meet the highest standards. He designs furnaces, heating elements, and heat exchangers using AutoCAD, and his deep knowledge of combustion systems, vacuum technology, and refractory makes him the go-to engineer for complex problems.
Service Manager / Director
George is a hands-on engineer with expertise in welding (MIG, TIG, stick), fabrication, pipefitting, and mechanical engineering. Gas Safe registered with LPG training, George leads all gas-related work and holds responsibility for day-to-day health and safety. He is qualified in confined space entry, LOTO procedures, overhead crane operation, and working at height. George produces all RAMS documentation for site work and ensures every job meets the highest safety standards.

With over 25 years of management experience, Sarah keeps the business running smoothly. She handles all accounting, HR, and administration, ensuring our operations are efficient and our customers receive prompt, professional service.
